We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for positions as Experienced Staff in our Strategy & Transactions practice.
Working under the supervision of more senior members of the team, participate in restructuring, liquidation, insolvency and/or valuations procedures and engagements as required and contribute to defining the engagement scope Prepare analysis and reports supporting the assignment as required to be delivered to clients and other parties and contribute to presenting our work and its findings to the client Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
A Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field Successful candidates would qualify for an internationally recognized professional accounting certification, such as a CPA or equivalent, or a service line relevant certification, such as recognized insolvency qualifications or an ASA, AM, CBV, CFA, or equivalent An entry level role with no prior relevant experience required; must have a passion and interest in pursuing a career in Strategy and Transactions. The successful candidates must have strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to work a flexible schedule as overtime will be required, as well as a dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
