We are seeking an experienced Handy Man to maintain and repair a private residence and commercial building. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on skilled trade experience and be proficient in: ● Plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs ● Minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting ● Carpentry and general woodwork ● Masonry and concrete repairs ● Interior and exterior painting and finishing ● EIFS installation and repairs ● Roofing, waterproofing, and leak repairs ● Drywall installation, patching, and finishing The candidate must be able to identify problems, determine the appropriate repair, and complete work independently to a high professional standard. Preventative maintenance and the ability to recognize potential problems before they become major repairs are also important. The position requires a dependable, trustworthy, and well-rounded tradesperson with excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and pride in the quality of their work. Experience working in both high-end private residences and commercial properties is preferred.
