The successful applicant must be experienced in all aspects of directing recreational activities for owners/guests and children programmes. Applicants should be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic and be able to relate well to our guests and owners. We expect them to be highly organised, extremely creative and able to work on own initiative. Responsibilities include in the design, promotion and direction of daily social activities, nightly entertainment and special events, ability to teach aerobics and other sporting activities. Must also be able to MC events to large audiences. Previous experience in Recreation or Programming preferred. This position will involve working flexible hours to include some evenings, split shifts weekends and public holidays.
