To perform maintenance and repairs of all facilities, related to the operations of all Pizza Hut assets, in ALL locations on Grand Cayman, so they are operating in a highly effective manner.
Consults with restaurant management and supervisory team to identify, repair and maintain Pizza Hut restaurant operational critical items, including fryers, ovens, make tables, HVAC & walk-in coolers, freezers. Performs handyman jobs as needed. Exercises independent and sound judgment to make fact-based decisions.
Perform average lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally over 70 pounds; arm, hand, and finger dexterity with both hands involved in activities such as reaching, handling, feeling: and good eyesight. Support a culture and environment of safety and comfort. Ability to stand for long periods, be on call 24 hours a day, work weekends or holidays as required; interact well with a multi-cultural workforce.
Dealing with routine equipment maintenance and repair tasks in a prompt manner. Problem-solving aptitude. Computer literacy. Verbal & written communication skills.
Minimum 3-5 years related experience and/or training, working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment. Prior maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities needed.
