The prospective employee's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the careful dismantling and removal of existing structures; preparation and clearing of construction sites; installation of temporary supports and bracing; and the erection of structural frameworks such as floor joists, roof trusses, and wall studs. They will also perform foundational masonry work, including brick and block laying, concrete formwork, plastering, and wall rendering, as well as any necessary structural reinforcement to ensure safety. In addition, they will handle the installation of wooden frameworks, cabinets, and shelving as required, apply insulation and drywall, and assist with other structural and finishing tasks. They will work closely with site managers and construction teams to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, complies with safety regulations, and meets the project timeline.
