Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the Company’s products and services while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and some knowledgeable about grocery retail operations. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively advise customers
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
• Assist with stock replenishment and ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies
• Participate in promotional activities, demonstrations, and marketing initiatives
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Dependable and punctual

Compensation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Occasional lifting and carrying of office supplies and materials (up to 25 lbs.)

Work Schedule

• Full-time.
