Coordinate construction work schedules and follow up with subcontractors Prepare submittal, change orders, and RFIs for coordination with client Monitor and inventory site tools being release on the job Coordinate meetings with the manager, client, and subcontractors Coordinate guidelines for utilities installation for the development and coordinate with government team Monitor equipment and trucks on site and monitor that it is being maintained Manage site personnel including subcontractors and report any variations on drawings and defects on any materials or works on site
Must have an engineering background in order to coordinate drawings or plans with site personnel Construction work experience of over two years. Great attention to detail and communication skills. Great in Multi tasking and documentation
