We are seeking a friendly, tech-savvy Front Desk Assistant to manage the front-of-house operations and support the salon team. This role combines guest services, administrative duties, and light salon support to ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience.
Customer Experience: warmly greet clients, check in and out, answer phone inquiries, and schedule appointments. Booking & Scheduling: proficient with computer-based booking systems; manage calendars, confirmations, and reminders. Social Media Support: assist with basic content posting and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote the salon and featured services. Inventory & Retail: monitor product inventory, assist with stock organization, and suggest retail opportunities to clients. Salon Support: help sanitize and prep treatment areas, assist therapists and stylists with light tasks as needed. Administrative Duties: maintain client records, process payments, and handle daily correspondence. Team Coordination: communicate staffing needs and support for smooth staff workflow.
Experience with computer-based booking systems and basic office software. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic content posting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent customer service and communication skills. Attention to sanitation, safety, and cleanliness; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
