Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Pastry/Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist in both pastry preparation and general cooking duties, ensuring high-quality food is consistently delivered to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Assist with food prep and cooking on the line during service
• Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations
• Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
• Assist with inventory and stock rotation as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in both pastry and line cooking preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high food standards
