CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Cayman Blossom is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the development and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health services. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing mental wellness clinic with a holistic and structured approach to psychological support, serving the Cayman community and contributing to the future of integrated mental health care on the island. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Strategy Define clinical vision, goals, and treatment protocols Ensure services are grounded in evidence-based practices Support the development of innovative programs and service pathways Operational Oversight Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and client flow Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional standards Staff Management & Supervision Recruit, mentor, and supervise clinical staff including therapists and psychologists Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture Quality Assurance Monitor client outcomes and clinical effectiveness Conduct audits and manage clinical risk and governance processes Strategic Planning Align services with organizational objectives and the evolving mental health needs of the Cayman Islands Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Licensed Psychologist and BCBA certification required Eligible for licensure/registration with the Cayman Islands Health Practice Commission (CPAM) Minimum 5 years of progressive clinical experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities Strong skills in leadership, clinical governance, crisis management, and communication Spanish speaking is considered an asset
