Job Overview

SureBuilt Construction Ltd., a member of Heritage Holdings Group, is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead the structural phases of residential and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations from site preparation through structural completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the Company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations during the structural phases of construction, including excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, formwork, blockwork, structural framing and roofing.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors and equipment operators.
• Allocate labour, materials and equipment to maximize productivity and maintain project schedules.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce Company health and safety policies and ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, resolve site issues and communicate project progress to project leadership.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, timesheets and safety documentation.
• Monitor material deliveries, equipment usage and inventory to support efficient project delivery.
• Support project scheduling by identifying delays, risks and recommending corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess

• Minimum 8 years' progressive construction experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years' experience in a Site Foreman or equivalent supervisory role leading structural phases.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or a related construction discipline is preferred. Candidate holding a recognized trade qualification (e.g. Carpentry or Masonry) combined with significant supervisory experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience leading the structural construction activities, including excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, formwork, blockwork, structural framing and roofing.
• Ability to read, interpret and execute work from architectural, structural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proven experience leading construction crews, subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on active construction sites.
• Proficiency in Procore is essential. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project and Asana is an asset.
• Current First Aid certification is required.
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification or an equivalent occupational health and safety certification is highly desirable.
• Valid Cayman Islands Driver's License (Group 2 or higher), or the ability to obtain one if legally eligible to work in the Cayman Islands.

Compensation & Employment Details

• Salary: KYD 50,000–70,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
• Bonus eligibility.
• Health insurance, pension and other benefits that meet or exceed Labour Act requirements.
• Company vehicle provided for travel to project sites while on duty.
• Working hours: 45 hours per week, additional hours as required.
