Job Description

Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest crops
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure including cleaning stables, barns, barnyards and pens.
Tree climbing and harvesting coconut.
Use tools such as machetes or specialized harvesting equipment to cut down coconuts.
Harvest other farm products
Load coconuts into vehicles and transport the harvested coconuts to the markets.
Chopping coconuts, carrying heavy bins, and disposing of trash to the dumpsite.
