Client Relationship Officer

Berserk Marketing (the “Company”) is a marketing firm for crypto protocols that want to outsource their marketing. The Company handles website design and development, SEO/AEO, social media accounts, investor relations, public relations, paid advertising, podcasts, and more. We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer (“CRO”) to work with all the stakeholders of a crypto protocol and third-party service providers. The primary client of the Company is THORChain, therefore the CRO has to understand the blockchain technology of the protocol, 3 years’ experience operating node(s) on THORChain, been a THORChain community member for at least 3 years (provide Twitter and Discord handles as proof), and have existing connections within the THORChain ecosystem. 5+ years of previous professional experience is required in addition to the above. The CRO must have strong written skills to communicate technical protocol updates to the broader public. The CRO must have strong speaking skills to participate in two podcasts per week, each lasting about 2.5 hours. Education: Bachelor’s degree Experience Required: More than 5 years Salary: US$115,000
