Senior Sales Associate

Cay Electro is seeking a skilled and experienced senior sales associate to join our team. This role includes the following responsibilities.

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Manage a team of sales associates
• Builds and manages sales pipeline
• Creates monthly sales forecast
• Develops strategies to reach sales goals
• Present monthly sales reports to management
• Contact potential business customers and make sale pitches
• Meet and exceed sales quota
• Assist management with price comparisons used for purchasing decisions
• Conduct product transactions
• Have in-depth experience with the POS system
• Assist with customer returns as needed
• Train sales associates, mentor, and coach them to help them reach their potential
• Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory
• Lead team in maintaining store visual standards
