Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily tour operations by ensuring effective communication between clients, drivers, and staff. This role supports smooth tour execution by organizing transportation logistics, monitoring schedules, and responding quickly to operational needs while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and team members to ensure smooth and efficient tour operations.
• Organize drivers and buses for scheduled tours.
• Assist with directing and managing clients in an orderly manner to their designated tour buses.
• Utilize radio communication to provide clear and timely updates to drivers and operational teams.
• Monitor tour schedules and communicate with drivers to track timing, progress, and any necessary adjustments.
• Assist clients by providing general information and support throughout their tour experience.
• Handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently while working under pressure.
• Be prepared to work outdoors and in humid weather conditions as required.
