MERCHANDISE RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Description & Requirements

A dynamic professional to showcase our unique merchandise, drive sales, and build "Raving Fans."

• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and suggestive selling techniques to exceed sales targets.
• Display impeccable product and fashion trend knowledge.
• Execute POS transactions and follow strict cash/credit handling protocols.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, rotate displays, and track inventory.
• Answer phone inquiries and perform daily side duties (sweeping, folding, cleaning merchandise).
• Long-standing hours, lift 30 lbs, and work flexible shifts (weekends/holidays).

Candidate Qualifications

• 5-6 years of retail sales experience (Merchandise industry preferred).
• High School Diploma or higher & Strong computer proficiency.
• Revel POS system knowledge is a significant plus.
• Prior marketing experience and knowledge are highly valued.
