Food & Beverage Server

Job Description

We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to guests while ensuring a high standard of food and beverage presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and attend to guests’ needs
• Set up and clear tables promptly and efficiently
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
