sailing Coach

Seeking – Full time Sailing Coach with advanced teaching skills and the ability to repair boats and sails; will be responsible for teaching both children and adults at our National Sailing School, qualified to coach all age groups and levels across varied classes of boats. Previous teaching experience mandatory along with excellent organizational and teaching skills. The coach will maintain the school’s roster and assist the Program Director.

• Full time Sailing Coach with an Internationally certified Coaching certificate.
• Must have over 5 years teaching experience
• Up to date First Aid and Boat Rescue Certification
• Experience teaching all types and levels of boats, both sail and power boats
• Prepared to work weekends and Public Holidays
• Boatyard maintenance skills and sail making maintenance skills
• Good Customer Service skills for working with both children and adults
• Salary range $3,200 - $5,000 per month; plus salary benefits
