Must be able to demonstrate experience and detail knowledge of the carpentry trade in both finishing and formwork and have at least 9-10 years’ experience in the following areas:
Formwork, including aluminum frame and beam soffit formwork.
Doka Flex/Peri Trio wall forming systems.
Finishing skills required are fine finish millwork, commercial doors frames and hardware, roller shutters, drywall finishing and installation, studwork, suspended ceilings, installations, plastic laminate millwork, architectural metal work and raised access floors.
Applicant must be able to read and understand shop drawings, product installation instructions and material data sheets.
Operation of various types of construction equipment including but not limited to Tower Cranes & Sky Lifts. Tower Crane erection experience.
Basic knowledge of gas and diesel engine maintenance
Possess valid Group 4 license & clean driving record.
