Sales Representative and IT Technician

The Sales Representative / IT Technician position at Innovatio presents and configures technical solutions and product information relating to IT, CRM, software, extranet and eportal solutions and services to end users at all stages of a client project. It is essential that the incumbent has a minimum of 5 years experience in a direct B2B environment within the IT industry together with a solid background and understanding of IT networking. Furthermore, the incumbent must have a strong technical knowledge as the role includes relationship management, extranet and IT solutions design and configuration, scope analysis, discovery and proposal structuring. This role is largely autonomous and therefore requires a mature individual with knowledge of open source applications and the ability to communicate effectively at the stakeholder level and as such, it is imperative that the post holder hold recognized certifications. To provide IT / Computer technical support to our Cayman clients as called for by our service level agreements and project work. Present and configure technical solutions and product information relating to IT, CRM, software, extranet and eportal solutions and services to end users at all stages of a client project. Become and remain technically proficient with all aspects of the company’s service offerings, including but not limited to MS Office 365, MS Azure and SharePoint, Innovatio's security services offering, MS Server OS, Exchange (all versions), VmWare, HyperV, CISCO, Acronis, NOD, SAN’s, hardware, software/software etc (i.e MS Office, Adobe etc) remote access, VPN and wireless solutions. New product or solution take up and self-training including new programming languages. Become proficient with internal technical systems. Expectations include computer software and hardware installs, upgrades and general troubleshooting.
