Bartender

Job Description

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take customer orders and serve food and drinks.
• Recommend menu items and upselling when appropriate.
• Mix cocktails and prepare garnishes.
• Verify customers meet the legal drinking age.
• Process cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Restock bar inventory, supplies, kegs, and gas canisters.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties.
• Attend scheduled shifts, staff meetings, and training sessions.
• Remain composed and efficient during busy periods.
• Accurately manage guest tabs and orders.
• Assist with table service in the bar and restaurant as needed.
• Safely lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years' bartending experience.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and report on time.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean Police Clearance required.
