Installer

WELL DONE ALUMINUM PRODUCTS: Is seeking skilled and reliable Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of aluminum products such as shutters, gates, fences, railings, and screen enclosures. This role requires attention to detail, strong workmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality installations. Key Responsibilities

• Install aluminum products including shutters, gates, fences, railings, and screen enclosures according to specifications and safety standards
• Measure job sites accurately and prepare materials for installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure all installations are level, secure, and meet company quality standards
• Communicate with customers professionally on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior experience in aluminum installation, construction, or a related field preferred
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Good problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Knowledge of Cayman Islands building codes and safety regulations
• Experience with measuring and layout tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions

Work Environment

• Primarily outdoor job sites
• Residential and commercial projects
• Travel to different locations may be required

Compensation & Benefits Salary: CI$2,600.00 Per Month Hours: 45 hours per week Benefits: Health Insurance, Pension, 1-week paid vacation provided in accordance with the Cayman Islands Labor Law.
