We are seeking a qualified, highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with 5-6 years’ experience to join our fast-growing and dynamic security company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a demanding environment, handle multiple priorities with efficiency, and provide exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are essential.
Location is in office and will be in George Town Grand Cayman. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and some Saturdays. Experienced and qualified applicants are invited to submit their detailed CV and a cover letter. Please note: This is not an entry-level position — prior administrative experience is required. Prior role and experience limited to only receptionist, cashier, sales, or customer service will not meet the qualifications for this position. The candidate will be required to complete three tasks as part of the interview and screening process to demonstrate his or her competency and experience in the administrative assistant field.
