T/A Lobster Pot Restaurant is seeking a dependable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations in a busy restaurant environment. Duties include washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients; assisting with receiving and organizing food deliveries; washing and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; packing take-out orders; removing waste; and maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen areas. The successful candidate must follow proper food storage and food safety procedures. Applicants should have 1–2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
