Chef

Flavors Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic restaurant team in Grand Cayman. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to menu development while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Plan and assist in developing menus, including daily specials.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor food stock, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
• Culinary certification or Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of international and Caribbean cuisine is an asset.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Salary range: CI$20,475 - CI$25,740.00 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits
