Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and/or commercial buildings. The ideal candidate has experience with various roofing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights in different weather conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing
• Inspect roofs to identify damage, leaks, or structural issues
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit roof structures
• Install insulation, flashing, vents, and gutters as needed
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project progress

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Roofer or Roofing Laborer
• Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50–75 lbs)
• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both residential and commercial roofing
