Job Description

Employee will be responsible for food preparation, kitchen cleanliness and uniform upkeep.
Proper usage of basic kitchen equipment including but not limited to ovens, commercial dishwasher, blender, knives, chemicals and cleaning equipment.
Experience cooking in busy kitchen
Assist with inventory and stock control
Quality and portion control
Candidate is required to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Clear Police Clearance is required.
The employer reserves the right to conduct random drug testing.
Benefits are paid according to Cayman Islands Law.
