Litigation Associate

Nelsons Legal, a leading Cayman Islands law firm, invites applications from suitably qualified attorneys for the position of Litigation Associate. This is an opportunity to join a respected litigation practice advising an international client base on commercial, civil, and family-related matters within a regulated professional environment. The role is suited to a commercially minded litigation attorney who combines strong technical ability with sound judgment, client care, and a commitment to professional and regulatory standards. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate

• Strong experience in commercial, civil, and family litigation.
• Particular expertise in Insurance and Property Ligitigation is required for this role.
• Experience drafting Wills, estate administration including overseeing estate accounts, applications for Court Orders and Enduring Powers of Attorney will also be an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in business development and client relationship management outside of office hours is required.
• The candidate must have between 4 and 7 years’ post qualification experience.
