MAINTENANCE PERSON

CAPT. MARVIN'S WATERSPORTS LTD T/A ANNA'S WATERSPORTS is seeking a dependable, skilled, and hardworking Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities, equipment, and vessels. The Maintenance Person will carry out general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep tasks to ensure all company property and equipment remain in good working condition. This role requires practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance needs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
• Conducting regular inspections within an establishment.
• Performing necessary repairs.
• Organize tools and equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Report on facilities for issues.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills and Strong time management skills.
• Eye for detail and Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• With a clean police record.
