The Manager provides high-level governance, operational, and executive support to the Head of PCS International and Senior Leadership team in the region. The role acts as a key liaison with the Board of Directors, supports strategic initiatives and executive coordination, and delivers special projects and broader business support as required.
> Provide internal governance and operational support across the region, ensuring a consistently high standard of professionalism and service. > Develop, coordinate, and implement internal governance programmes in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. > Partner with cross-functional management teams to support strategic initiatives, project delivery, and wider business priorities. > Identify operational issues and implement practical, innovative solutions to improve processes, efficiency, and cost management. > Research, analyse, and collate information to brief senior leaders on operational, legal, and administrative matters. > Prepare, review, and maintain business documents, contracts, board papers, presentations, reports, and other materials in support of organisational objectives. > Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment, particularly those affecting regional operations. > Provide executive support to the Head of PCS International and Senior Leadership team, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, business expenses, and follow-up on key actions. > Manage team resource allocation in support of business priorities. > Support ad hoc operational projects and key initiatives, including liaison with teams on premises, facilities, and service-related matters. > Liaise with external service providers in relation to applications, renewals, and other operational legal and administrative matters. > Chair the committee responsible for events and charitable giving, oversee the annual budget and events programme, and develop and support charitable initiatives, including work placements and corporate giving.
> Support due diligence, onboarding, and new business take-on for clients and structures, including collating KYC and client documentation and liaising with the New Business and Business Development teams. > Liaise with trust and corporate clients, intermediaries, and other professional advisers, building strong working relationships and preparing related documentation, reports, and correspondence as required. > Support the administration of trust and company structures, including KYC requests, billing, payment processing, and the preparation of letters and settlement of invoices on behalf of client entities. > Manage trust and fiduciary client matters, ensuring instructions are progressed efficiently and in accordance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements. > Attend trustee meetings, prepare agendas and board packs, take follow-up actions, and assist with the implementation of decisions arising. > Assist with the ongoing administration and review of trust structures, including maintaining accurate records and supporting structural changes where required. > Undertake ongoing professional development in trust administration, including working towards or maintaining relevant qualifications such as STEP. > Maintain a high standard of administration across key systems, records, and processes, including time recording, document management, and general team support.
> Adhere to Risk & Associate Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation. > Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours. > Undertake any other duties as required by Management.
> Extensive experience in a comparable role within the professional services sector, with over 10 years’ experience across internal governance, operations, and project management. > Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment, bringing innovation, initiative, and a solutions-focused approach. > Strong strategic judgment, with the ability to balance immediate business needs with longer-term priorities. > Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously. > Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams and with a range of stakeholders. > High levels of professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy, with the confidence and judgment to operate in complex and sensitive situations. > Self-motivated and adaptable, with the drive to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced environment. > Commercially minded and proactive, with the ability to think creatively and respond effectively to changing demands. > Educated to tertiary level, or holding relevant professional qualifications, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. > Strong proficiency in Microsoft and other business systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive, and project management software. > Proven ability to remain focused and effective in a high-pressure environment. > Willingness and ability to travel as required.
