Bartender

We are seeking someone to join our team as a Bartender. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Mix and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer requests.
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction with drinks and service.
• Keep track of stock levels for spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces, as well as washing bar equipment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including alcohol serving laws and bar policies.
• Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Engage customers, recommend drinks, and upsell special cocktails or bar promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mixology, cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays of drinks.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
