Responsibilities include: Keeping and maintaining records of all stocks and materials in the company. Process Purchase Orders and order parts. Manual inventory count: unpack orders and verify shipments against Purchase Orders. Inventory control, ordering and purchasing parts, running errands, answering client calls and dispatching mechanics on job orders. Maintain files and records, providing reports as necessary. Order special (non-stock) parts for repair orders, following order policies and procedure. Also responsible for keeping the shop clean and orderly, ensuring the mechanics adhere to shop and vehicle rules. Other duties as assigned. Skills and experience required: Must be highly organized, computer literate with at least seven (7) years’ previous work experience in inventory control, four (4) years’ experience with the inventory control of parts in the Mechanic Industry, able to follow directions, show initiative and be willing to work in a hot and dirty environment. Working Knowledge of QuickBooks Software is REQUIRED. HandiFox Inventory Control Software knowledge preferred. Accepting Applications from QUALIFIED Cayman Status Holders Only.
