Develop and refine effective workflow processes, marketing and scheduling strategies, and communication models. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Maintain understanding of all aspects of brand standards, design, and production process. As an operations coordinator, your duties may involve overseeing employee scheduling and business logistics, monitoring projects, inspecting equipment, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Essential skills include proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and basic graphic design to support marketing collateral. Must also be adept at using marketing automation tools and software to manage and analyze customer interactions. Coordinating and organizing the various parts of an activity to enable collaboration and efficient communication. Establishing contact lists and creating strong relationships with local clients and businesses. Event planning, coordination, logistics and implementation. Daily communication with team members, management, and other stakeholders. Writing internal communications, create reports, and present updates. Must have tertiary education in marketing or a related field. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ verifiable post-education employment history in brand management and marketing. Applicant must be organized with excellent communication, marketing and collaboration skills. Must be computer literate, have a valid drivers’ license, and a clean driving record.
