Candidate must have extensive knowledge of coffee and related equipment. Need to be able to maintain and repair all coffee equipment in roastery area. Needs to perform in a high volume/fast paced environment and must be able to meet deadlines. Duties will include but are not limited to sourcing and purchasing of green beans, blend and roasting profile creation, responsibility for complete roasting and packing process, maintaining production systems and controls. Quality control, client consultation, client sales, hotel and restaurant customer liaison. Organization of the roastery including orders, receiving, inventory stock levels, monthly stock taking, investigating resulting inventory variances.
