A La Carte Demi Chef de Partie – Job ID # V5J2V2 Salary: USD $800 – $1,000 weekly Location: Seven Mile Beach Employment: Full-time Application Deadline: September 8, 2026 We are seeking an experienced and dedicated A La Carte Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned kitchen station, maintaining a smooth workflow, and ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality and hygiene standards.
Prepare and present dishes consistently according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety within the assigned station. Minimize food waste and monitor the efficient use of ingredients. Assist with developing new food concepts and menu ideas. Coordinate food orders with the supervisor. Assist with the daily receiving and checking of merchandise.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Demi Chef de Partie role. High level of attention to detail and professionalism. Excellent communication skills and refined manners.
