Responsible for growing and maintaining crops in shade houses using hydroponic systems. Focus on plant health, nutrient management, and consistent crop quality.
Operate and maintain hydroponic systems (pH, EC, nutrients) Plant, tend, and harvest crops under shade houses Monitor plant health, pests, and diseases Maintain irrigation, pumps, and shade structures Keep basic production records
Farming or hydroponic experience preferred Willingness to learn and work independently Comfortable working in warm, outdoor conditions
