Position Summary: The Chief Executive Officer leads East Coast Capital Ltd. (ECCL), a Cayman domiciled SIBA Registered Person whose core function is distributing, arranging and advising (on a non-discretionary basis) on investment products and mandates for institutional, professional and high / ultra-high-net-worth investors, under defined agreements with investment managers and in accordance with ECCL's SIBA regulatory authority. ECCL owns distribution, arranges investors' transactions, and may advise them on the merits of the products, but does not deal as principal, exercise discretion or hold client assets. The CEO is ECCL's principal executive officer and senior regulated individual, accountable to the Board for strategy, regulatory standing, commercial performance, and for keeping the firm strictly within its registered scope. Key responsibilities: developing and executing the firm's commercial strategy, managing investor and investment manager relationships, overseeing financial performance and governance, ensuring regulatory compliance with CIMA and SIBA requirements, and leading operational and business development activities. The CEO is accountable to the Board for the firm's performance, regulatory standing, risk management, and adherence to its registered scope of business. Qualifications & Experience: Finance or Law degree. CIMA-approved fit and proper person. Minimum 15 years’ experience in financial services, investment distribution, asset management, banking, or capital raising, with proven leadership, business development expertise, strong knowledge of securities and Cayman regulatory requirements, an established investor network, and relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFA or Canadian Securities Course).
