Job Description

Hands on experience in all of residential and commercial construction, including remodeling, renovations and leasing.
Liaise with staffs, suppliers, planning officers and subcontractors.
Ability to complete construction projects according to client specifications and meeting building code requirements.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
Experienced in contract negotiations, contract administration, and management of contracts.
Coordinate and construct according to the Architect and Engineers specifications
Project planning for various projects involved
Conduct meeting with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Labors
Oversee the construction process by the subcontractors and labor
Material and cost estimation of the project
