Technical Inventory Administrator Report to Director / CEO Update and checking new inventory Repair parts counts. Able to resolve customer issues regarding repairs interacting for Director by sourcing correct parts per repair order. Maintain AYS database and tracking repairs progress. Data input Inventory items to GSPN and AYS and POS while coordinate with internal team members. Need to be able to coordinate with Techs and Front line as well with customers to find parts and solutions. Interact with various policy procedures to maintain all repair order records. Any other task that will allow for customer interaction with the company to be pleasant and have solutions for internal request. Own initiative will be needed to resolve most interactions and parts issues. Basic Office Duties and errands to coordinate with dealers Assist with any duties that will make the work environment pleasant and efficient for internal and external customers. Position involves moving around from front line to Tech area and maintain inventory. This position cordinates the input of all items and is responsible to keep track and maintain levels of inventory as needed. Must be very efficient with Micorsoft excel and other microsoft software suits.
