The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services while ensuring a comfortable and healing experience for clients. The Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of massage treatments tailored to client needs, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and excellent customer care. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized spa environment. Prepare treatment rooms, workstations, linens, and sterilize equipment. Consult with clients, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate massage treatments. Provide professional massage services and adjust techniques based on client preferences and conditions. Maintain accurate client records and health histories. Advise clients on wellness, stretching, relaxation, and future treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage. Proficient computer skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent people skills. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods. Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients. Availability to work on weekends and holidays. With a clean police record.
