Job Description

Carry out interior and exterior painting

Complete general plumbing repairs and maintenance
Diagnose and complete basic air-conditioning maintenance and repairs
Diagnose and complete basic electrical maintenance and repairs
Identify maintenance issues and determine the materials and work required
Perform preventative maintenance and general property repairs
Work independently and complete assigned work efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work area
