The interested candidate must possess 3-4 years' experience in the construction industry. Willing and able to work without supervision also on weekends and holidays if required. Must be proficient in setting out the work area, following engineering plans, using hand and power tools to cut and bend bars or mesh, tying steel reinforcement bars to build cages, build special casts to keep setting the concrete in place, fixing steel to concrete bases, installing beams to pre-cast slabs, roofing, drywall, build window frames, doors, staircases, build kitchen cupboards and assemble furniture’s, cabinets and shelves.
