JEWELRY RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Deliver a high-end luxury experience to meet strict sales targets. Duties include morning staging, evening vaulting, and stock audits. Must have technical product knowledge on metals, precious stones, and watch movements.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, plus proven Marketing experience preferred.
• 5-6 years of specialized luxury jewelry & retail diamond/gemstone sales, and clienteling required.
• High-end consultative sales record, strict inventory management, problem-solving, and independent/team collaboration needed.
• Relevant industry certification (GIA, DCA, or equivalent) Preferred. Proficient in luxury watch mechanics (movements, link removal, battery changes) and on-site jewelry restoration/polishing.
• Hands-on experience with Magic Jewel, Edge, and QuickBooks POS is highly preferred.
• Flexible/weekend availability.
• Candidates must pass a written test based on the jewelry, sales industry, and product knowledge that will be held before candidate selection at the store.
