We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tiler Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting a Tiler in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with cutting and shaping tiles using hand tools and power equipment. Mix mortar and grout. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and other tradespeople. Ensure material is on site at all times during working hours. Move tile remnant from one area to the garbage area. Ensure water buckets are filled at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Tiler Helper or similar role. Knowledge of tile installation techniques, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry materials. Good problem-solving and time-management skills. Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices. Valid driver's license (preferred). Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in tiling/construction is an advantage. Relevant trade experience preferred. Working Conditions Work may be performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requires standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, and lifting for extended periods. May involve travel to different job sites.
