The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, supporting front and back of house staff, assisting with scheduling, staff training and customer service, and performing Aloha POS FOH/BOH menu programming and updates. The candidate must possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage culturally diverse staff while ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and local labour laws. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years’ industry experience with increasing supervisory responsibility, strong food and beverage knowledge including beer, wines and spirits, and proficiency in Aloha POS systems. Must be available for shift work including nights, weekends and holidays.
