Job Description

Cellular Master Ltd. is seeking a highly capable and analytical Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and team leadership within a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires a professional who can combine strong retail management experience with financial, analytical, and compliance-oriented skills to drive operational efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, staffing, and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales trends, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing store-level financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses
  • Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy, and shrinkage management
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and operational procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate staff using structured performance management practices
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5–7 years of combined experience in retail operations and financial, audit, or compliance-related roles
  • Proven experience in store operations, team supervision, and performance management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, sales reports, and operational metrics
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
  • Prior experience in telecommunications, electronics retail, or similar environments preferred
