HANDYMAN

RD Consultant Agency Services Ltd T/A RDM Builders is looking for a qualified and dependable handyman whose responsibilities may encompass some plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and who usually performs many of the following tasks:

• Clearing common areas.
• Fixing any safety hazards.
• Putting together furniture and other equipment.
• Installing appliances and machinery.
• Doing minor plumbing and carpentry.
• Liaising with contractors and other workers.
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing basic tasks including painting, cleaning facilities, and handling basic repairs, skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs.
• Detects and reports the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Provide clients with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role. Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems. Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. Extremely organized with good communication skills. Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions. Available to work on weekends and holidays when needed. With a clean police record.
