This position involves working both indoors and outdoors and is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property. Duties include cleaning washrooms, kitchens and service outlets; washing and maintaining tableware and cookware; and assisting with general property maintenance. The role also involves helping to prepare, dismantle and secure the property and its equipment during weather-related situations. Basic kitchen duties include assisting with food preparation, washing and cutting ingredients, organizing and labelling products, maintaining clean preparation areas, and supporting chefs during service. Applicants must have strong communication skills and be able to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced role with limited customer interaction. Availability to work day and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays is required.
