Fabricate, Install and Service storefronts, windows, curtain wall, doors, automatic sliding doors, auto swing operators, skylights, louvers, glass partitions, decorative metals and similar products used for residential and commercial buildings.

Qualifications

Experience fabricating and installing all products related to commercial glass door and window products. Experience with electric saws, drill presses, hand tools. Working experience with materials such as aluminum extrusions, glass, steel anchors, caulking, safety equipment, etc. All skills associated with the work including the ability to cooperatively work with other employees and other trades, willingness to meet schedule deadlines including working overtime and weekends when required.

• Read and understand construction drawings, 2) Survey, measure and lay-out openings, 3) unload/distribute materials (ability to lift 90 lbs) 4) fabricate and install frames and glass and 5) install weathering and sealants.

Must be willing to work at height from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, etc. Must have safety training or be willing to undergo training. Must have own transportation and be willing to work on projects throughout Grand Cayman. Must have valid drivers license and clean police record.
