Multipurpose Associate

We are seeking a versatile, results-driven, and experienced Multipurpose Associate to join a growing organization at Home Tailor Ltd. This role is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between creative design operations and strategic business development. With comprehensive expertise spanning interior design, project management, showroom operations, and client relations, the ideal candidate acts as a central pillar for streamlining workflows, driving sales, and elevating the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee large and small-scale interior design projects seamlessly from initial concept through final installation.
• Design Coordination & FF&E: Manage design coordination, materials and furniture selection, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications with precision and attention to detail.
• Procurement & Logistics: Handle end-to-end procurement, vendor coordination, freight logistics, and on-site installation processes.
• Showroom & Coordination: Manage daily showroom operations independently, maintain administrative efficiency, and prepare comprehensive proposals and reports.
• Client Relations & Business Development: Leverage a strong human-centric background to nurture client relationships, support sales and marketing initiatives, and contribute strategically to business growth.
• Product Expertise: Master our product and service offerings to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
• Sales & Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently hit or exceed sales targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 10+ years combined of professional experience in interior design, project management, showroom operations, procurement, sales, and client relations.
• Operational Versatility: Proven ability to multitask, organize complex workflows, and support expanding business operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Education: Bachelor Certificate in Fundamentals in Marketing - (a must for this role).
• Technical Proficiency: Certificate in Fundamentals of AutoCAD (Computer-Aided Design) - (a must for this role).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Clean Police Record and valid Driver’s license
